ABOUT HAVE YOUR SAY

Have Your Say is the collective term we use for feedback, survey results. comments, compliments, complaints and testimonials. Although we the processes that we use are slightly different for each, the storage and retention of the data is the same and set out in the Privacy Policy.

All feedback is reviewed and reflected up on. If there is something that is not right, we will investigate and do our best to correct it, if necessary and where possible. We will then reflect and improve our practices.

In regards to testimonials or positive feedback, permission to share publicly is always sought and can be published either with names or anonymously with permission.
